Our stay in the Chaouen Room was delightful. breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a highlight. The mattress felt too firm for my comfort, though.

the place looked charming, but the room was so tiny it felt like a shoebox, and the noise at night was just unbearable. after such a terrible experience, I expected a complimentary gift or upgrade, but alas, I guess that’s too much to ask. overall, I almost thought I’d write a good review, but just couldn’t.

Big hype, little substance
While the riad boasts exceptional hospitality, it's a mixed bag for comfort. Rooms are charming but slightly cozy, which may not appeal to everyone. The standout mint tea and delicious breakfast, served on the beautiful rooftop, truly elevate the experience. Still, navigating the narrow streets can be a bit challenging for first-timers.

The mint tea served during breakfast was among the best I've ever had, and the staff were incredibly helpful, providing valuable local insights.
The bathroom in our room could use some maintenance as a few fixtures were showing signs of wear.

good washing service, beautiful rooftop terrace, enchanting atmosphere
Staircase to the upstairs rooms is steep!!! Noise from the bustling Medina is quite noticeable!!! Upgrading the bathrooms could enhance comfort significantly!!! A more informative hotel guide would have improved our exploration experience immensely!!!

We had an amazing time staying here with friends! The location was perfect, and the staff really cared about us. We visited the stunning Palaces and enjoyed a tasty cooking class nearby. The breakfast spread was delicious, and Mohammed even made us the best mint tea! Don't miss the stunning rooftop to relax after a long day.
Be aware that the building is older, so the rooms may not be completely soundproof. It didn’t bother us too much, but it could be an issue if you're a light sleeper.

Staying here was a blast! I enjoyed a fantastic cooking class with Omar and loved unwinding on the sunny terrace with breathtaking views. The bed was a bit firmer than I prefer, but it didn’t take away from the awesome experience—definitely book that cooking class! 🍽️
